$30,000-$35,000 per year We are looking for a driven, organized, and dependable Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Crumbl location. The right person will be a hands-on leader who takes ownership, develops their team, maintains high standards, and makes sure the store operates efficiently and successfully. What You'll Do Lead and oversee the daily operations of the store Hire, train, coach, motivate, and develop employees Delegate responsibilities and hold team members accountable Build and maintain effective staffing schedules Ensure the store is properly staffed and stocked Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback Promote teamwork, communication, and a positive work environment Maintain knowledge of baker and driver responsibilities and step in when needed Resolve customer and employee concerns professionally Ensure employees follow company policies, procedures, and operational standards Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store Monitor store performance and work toward operational and financial goals Identify problems, trends, and opportunities for improvement Develop practical solutions to improve efficiency and performance Prepare and present reports and communicate important information to ownership Help ensure the store consistently provides exceptional customer service Take ownership of the overall health, performance, and success of the store Perform other duties necessary to keep the store operating successfully What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: An experienced leader who has successfully managed and developed a team Organized and detail-oriented Dependable and willing to take ownership Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment A strong communicator who can work well with employees and ownership Confident coaching employees and holding people accountable Good at resolving conflicts and handling difficult situations professionally Able to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities at once A problem solver who looks for practical solutions rather than excuses Comfortable analyzing information and identifying ways to improve operations Focused on customer service and employee development Willing to lead by example and work alongside the team when needed Qualifications Previous management experience required High school diploma preferred Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to coach, train, and develop employees Ability to make decisions and solve problems independently Ability to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the store Must be willing and able to perform all aspects of store operations when necessary Schedule & Compensation Full-time position Approximately 40 hours per week , with additional hours as needed based on store needs Salary position 1 week of paid vacation after 6 months of employment 401(k) eligibility after 1 year of employment Leadership position with opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the store and team What Success Looks Like A successful Crumbl Manager doesn't simply show up and manage a shift.
