Liquidation Sales Floor Manager Location:
Hot Springs, AR Schedule:
Full-Time, Mon-Fri, 9:50 AM-6:10
PM Starting Pay:
$15/hour this is a non-smoking role About the Role We are looking for a fast-paced and detail-oriented Sales Floor Manager to oversee high-volume daily inventory stocking, visual presentation of merchandise, and floor-level customer service to maximize sales and create an exceptional shopping experience. You will be responsible for ensuring products are stocked with maximum speed and operational efficiency , displayed attractively, and prepared for online and in-store sales.
Your Job Priorities Merchandising & Stocking:
Efficiently move a large volume of inventory from processing to the sales floor, every day. Create visually appealing displays, photograph items for our online channels, and accurately log stock.
Overstock and Markdowns:
Take ownership of marking down and relabeling store-wide inventory according to the schedule, and ensure that sales displays remain fully stocked from available overstock at all times.
Customer Experience:
Be a primary point of contact on the floor. Greet customers warmly, assist with questions, and maintain a friendly, helpful environment—always dropping stocking tasks to put customers first.
Loss Prevention & Safety:
Maintain store security by managing changing room access, overseeing backpack and bag policies, and monitoring for suspicious activity with tact and professionalism.
Processing Categories:
Handle specific categories of unprocessed pre-sorted merchandise such as jewelry, sunglasses, shoes, and apparel according to the systems for each product type.
Auction Support:
Organize auction items, scan and photograph items, and manage order fulfillment for winners.
Register Duty:
Be capable of and willing to handle the front of house register, sales, and customer service role on an occasional basis, no more than twice a week.
Leadership & Productivity:
Set the standard for daily output. Use your initiative to prioritize tasks, maintain quality, and keep operations running smoothly.

A proven track record in high-volume environments where speed and accuracy are key.
Organizational Mastery:
A knack for efficiency—keeping shelves fully stocked, organized, and display-ready while tracking your productivity.
Tech Savvy:
Strong computer skills for data entry, inventory software, and online navigation.

A natural ability to provide friendly, helpful service to every customer.
Coachability:
Eagerness to learn, adapt to new processes, and grow with our team.
Self-Motivation:
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting ambitious goals.
Required Qualifications:
Past experience in a customer service role such as retail, cashier, sales, receptionist or server. Past experience in a leadership role such as manager, assistant manager, keyholder, or lead. Past experience in stocking or similar role such as merchandising, order picking, or warehouse work. Physical Requirements & Environment Ability to stand, bend, squat, and move continuously during your shift. Capability to repeatedly lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs. Comfortable operating manual and electric pallet jacks and hand dollies or willing to learn. Ability to work in a back-of-house environment (please note, temperatures fluctuate with the seasons).
