This position is the face of See's and is responsible for greeting customers, responding to questions, improving customer engagement with merchandise and providing excellent customer service. Shares opening and closing responsibility with Leadership to ensure the location is in-line with approved operational hours. Duties Assist the shop team to achieve seasonal goal Follows See's standard for excellent customer service. Maintain orderly appearance of sales floor by complying with visual merchandising guidelines. Product knowledge. Sales and cash handling. Follows See's Loss Prevention Policies. Follows assigned work schedule, regular and punctual attendance.

Assists with general housekeeping:

cleaning, sweeping and general sanitation. Excellent communicator. Requirements Physical ability to carry out the essential functions of the job, including: stocking shelves, ringing sales, standing or walking the entire shift and lifting up to 25 pounds frequently. The ability to adhere to company standards for dress code. Ability to learn new technologies quickly and manage change efficiently, proactively, and in a positive manner. Retail experience preferred including excellent customer service and cash handling skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule.
