A Retail Associate Manager assists the manager at a retail store, either an independent business or a store that is part of a large retail chain. Supervises sales associates and retail store operations. Reviews and monitors merchandise sales, inventory and prices, and directs advertising and promotions. May prepare work schedules and hire, train and evaluate sales associates. May supervise warehouse, cleaning, maintenance or security staff. Assists with resolving customer complaints.

Job Description
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the daily operations of the store.
- Leading and supporting team members during each shift.
- Providing outstanding customer service and resolving concerns professionally.
- Managing cash handling, deposits, and register accuracy.
- Receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
- Assisting with scheduling, training, and coaching employees.

Experience:
At least 1 year of retail, convenience store, or customer service experience preferred. Supervisory or management experience is a plus!Skills:

Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
