What You'll DO The Store Lead will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the store , including team leadership, customer experience, sales, grooming coordination, scheduling support, inventory, store presentation, and operational standards. This is a hands-on leadership position . We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, loves pets, takes ownership, and can confidently lead a team while maintaining a positive and professional environment. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership Lead, coach, and support front-desk, retail, and grooming team members. Set clear expectations for customer service, productivity, cleanliness, and professionalism. Monitor team performance and provide timely feedback and coaching. Help create a positive, respectful, and accountable team culture. Support onboarding and training of new employees. Help ensure team members follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Assist with staffing and scheduling based on business needs. Customer Experience , Grooming & SPAW Operations , Retail & Sales , Inventory & Operations What We're Looking For 5+ year of retail experience Previous retail, salon, pet industry, hospitality, or service-business management experience preferred. Demonstrated experience leading and developing a team. Strong customer service and communication skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Ability to prioritize and make decisions independently. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Comfortable working with sales goals, inventory, scheduling, and operational metrics. Reliable, professional, and willing to lead by example.
