DESCRIPTION

Under direct supervision of the Information Systems Director, the Lead Applications Developer/Programmer role is to oversee the design, execution, assessment, and troubleshooting of software programs and applications. Also, to strategically facilitate the organization s business and data analytics needs including but not limited to business intelligence and data mining application management and integration with databases and data warehouses, rolling out data analytics tools to the end user, and ensuring data integrity. This includes configuring, coding, developing, and documenting software specifications throughout the project life cycle. They will also oversee system startups in a timely and accurate fashion and provide support to other departments where required. Responsible for one shift, five days per week. Incumbent is subject to overtime, on-call duty and call back as required by the organization.

Works in well-lighted, air-conditioned office. Some travel is required.
