We are looking for a hands-on manager who can lead the sales team, work directly with customers, and take responsibility for the overall performance and day-to-day operation of the store.

Base Salary:

$45,000 per year

Chandler, AZ Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operation of the store Actively work with customers and help close sales Lead, train, schedule, and motivate sales associates Set expectations and hold team members accountable Follow up on phone, online, and in-store sales leads Work with the team to achieve monthly sales goals Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally Maintain showroom appearance, pricing, and merchandising Monitor inventory and communicate inventory needs Coordinate with delivery and installation teams Ensure employees follow company policies and procedures Provide ownership with regular updates on sales, staffing, customer issues, and store operations Qualifications Retail sales experience required Previous management or team leadership experience preferred Strong sales and closing skills Strong customer-service and problem-solving skills Dependable, organized, and self-motivated Comfortable managing and holding employees accountable Good communication and leadership skills Ability to work independently and make day-to-day decisions Appliance, furniture, mattress, electronics, automotive, or similar retail experience is a plus Basic computer and POS system skills Must be available to work weekends Compensation & Performance Bonus This position includes a $45,000 annual base salary plus the opportunity to earn additional monthly performance bonuses. Performance bonuses may be based on factors such as store sales, profitability, customer service, team performance, and overall store operations. We want our Sales Manager to benefit when the store performs well. Who We're Looking For This is a hands-on sales management position. The Sales Manager should be on the sales floor, interacting with customers, helping the team close deals, following up on leads, solving problems, and making sure the store is operating properly.
