Assistant Manager/ Server

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Assistant Manager/Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. Duties Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations, including shift management and team coordination Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, addressing their needs promptly, and ensuring satisfaction Assist in food preparation if needed and ensure food quality standards are maintained throughout service Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Oversee inventory control, monitor stock levels, and coordinate food and beverage supplies to minimize waste Train new staff members on food safety protocols, service standards, and operational procedures Manage the bank, and daily tip out reports Qualifications 5 years experience in the restaurant Proven experience in food service management or supervisory roles within quick service or fast food restaurants Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety standards Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling experience required Experience in fine dining or casual dining environments; banquet or catering experience is a plus Demonstrated leadership skills with previous staff training, team management, and interviewing experience Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, and food safety regulations in the hospitality industry Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced setting Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences while developing your leadership capabilities!
