You produce more, you earn more. You Don't Need Beauty Experience We'll teach you the whitening. What we can't teach as easily is years of learning how to sell, lead, handle objections, and hit a number. That's what you're bringing. What You'll Do Take booked clients through their whitening treatment Sell treatment plans, products, memberships, and referrals at checkout Follow up with clients and leads to drive additional sales Track and improve your personal sales performance Work from a monthly scorecard that measures membership average, close rate, retention, product sales, and referrals Follow our sales process and continuously improve your performance What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Has 2+ years of experience in fitness, sales, or a performance-driven environment Has personally sold memberships, personal training, or other high-ticket services Has a history of hitting sales targets or KPIs Is comfortable asking for the sale Handles objections without getting defensive Follows up consistently and relentlessly Understands KPIs and wants a clear scoreboard Is coachable and willing to follow our proven sales process Shows up on time and is dependable every shift Wants performance-based earning potential and a real path for advancement Is willing to start in the studio and earn the opportunity to run one What You Bring You bring the sales ability.
