Open Avalibility Open Holidays Hospitality and high quality customer service Responsibilities Engage with customers in a friendly, energetic manner to create a joyful shopping experience Demonstrate product features and benefits through lively demos that excite and inform customers Assist with stocking shelves and merchandising to ensure an inviting and organized environment Handle retail sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cash register operations and cash handling Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries with enthusiasm, maintaining excellent phone etiquette, and ensuring customer satisfaction Upsell products naturally by highlighting their benefits in a positive way to enhance customer enjoyment and store sales Supervise or assist in supervising team members during shifts to promote teamwork and maintain high energy levels Experience Previous retail sales experience, preferably in grocery or specialty stores, is highly desirable Supervising experience or leadership roles that demonstrate your ability to motivate and guide others Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, retail math, and cash drawer handling Experience conducting product demos and engaging customers through effective communication skills Bilingual abilities are a plus to connect with a diverse customer base Knowledge of grocery store operations, merchandising, stock management, and retail sales transactions is beneficial Strong phone etiquette skills combined with excellent customer service capabilities are essential for success in this energetic role Join us as a Joy Creator where your positive attitude fuels our vibrant community!
