Operations Lead Schedule:

Monday-Friday, with some Sundays required

40 hours per week + overtime as needed iJility Staffing is currently looking for a dependable and experienced Bilingual Floor Lead to support daily warehouse operations.

MUST BE FULLY BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH.

This is the most important requirement for this position. Candidates must be able to speak, read, understand, and communicate confidently in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:

Monitor daily floor operations and adjust staffing based on workload and business needs Assign and reassign associates to different work areas as needed Assist employees with questions, concerns, or challenges that come up during the shift Monitor employee performance and provide coaching when necessary Ensure associates are completing their assigned duties correctly and efficiently Maintain consistent communication with supervisors and management regarding staffing, floor conditions, and operational concerns Help resolve day-to-day issues while keeping operations running smoothly Lead by example with professionalism, accountability, reliability, and a positive attitude

Requirements:

100% bilingual in English and Spanish Strong communication and people skills Comfortable directing and coaching employees Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust priorities as needed Reliable and able to work some Sundays when required Leadership, warehouse, staffing, or operations experience preferred This is a great opportunity for someone who is comfortable working directly with employees while helping management keep daily operations organized and productive.
