Store Manager

Job description Overview We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in store management and possess excellent leadership skills. Duties

• Manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
• Train, supervise, and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify opportunities for growth
• Handle budgeting, cash handling, and financial transactions
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment Skills
• Proficiency in POS systems and cash register operations
• Strong background in store management and retail math
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Experience in team management and leadership roles
• Knowledge of clerical tasks such as record-keeping and inventory management
