Leading your counter team, you will:
Lead & Develop:
Mentor and coach beauty advisors on KPIs, luxury service behaviors, and product knowledge.
Drive Business:
Oversee retail sales, track daily achievements against goals, and manage stock and merchandising with your team.
Engage & Connect:
Manage in-store customer events, review client registries, and build strong partnerships with retailer departments. We Are Looking For An inspiring, business-minded leader with a passion for luxury retail: Minimum of 2 years managing a cosmetic retail team or luxury retail location. Two years of experience in client development. Comfort performing hands-on skincare & makeup services on customers' faces. Comfort with trouble shooting Technology and performing Beauty Tech Diagnosis and Services on customers' faces. Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs. High school diploma or equivalent required. Hourly rates for this position range from $18-$22 hourly depending on location and experience, and is determined by the retailer, who is the employer for this role.
