Position:
Retail Floor Supervisor The Sunday Goods Retail Team is looking for a highly motivated, passionate, detail-oriented and proven leader to join our family and bring the Sunday Goods brand experience to life as a Floor Supervisor of our Show Low location. The Floor Supervisor will lead a team of Managers and Associates and is responsible for supporting the General Manager in leading execution as it relates to hiring, talent development, driving the business, compliance, merchandising and day in/day out operations.Responsibilities:
- Recruit, hire, retain and develop top talent. Lead team to deliver a best in class dispensary experience through our brand story and values.
- In partnership with the GM, drive team to deliver daily/weekly/monthly goals that align company targets & KPIs
- Manage day-in/day-out operations, merchandising decisions, inventory management, labor scheduling/budgeting
- Execute/Oversee Standard Operating Procedures and policies that keep dispensary in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Manager or higher level at a Retail store as a leader over a team of associates.
- Experience building and managing cash and inventory management systems and processes.
- Passion for Cannabis, a love for people, a competitive spirit, and an entrepreneurial approach.
- A proven track record of analytical problem solving, effective time management, and customer/patient focus and obsession.
- Experience managing a POS system, and a variety of Retail facing software systems
- Experience building and managing Retail Reports, dashboards, and budgets.
- Experience executing Retail directives such as labor, visual or pricing and promotional directives.
- A high comfort level analyzing Retail business trends and metrics, and a proven track record of converting analytics into meaningful insights and actions steps.
- A proven track record of managing projects through completion, adhering to budget requirements and deadlines.
- MS Office, technical capacity to learn/operate business platforms, ability to lead and manage teams
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or comparable work experience
- Minimal travel (10%)
