Duties Supervise daily operations of the club, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness. Manage staff recruitment, orientation, and ongoing training to foster a motivated team. Oversee shift management to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours. Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial records. Implement sales strategies to promote club memberships and retail products. Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels for retail sales. Address member inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance customer satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and events. Skills Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team. Proficiency in cash handling and financial management.
