Key Carrier/ Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will support the Frontend Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a supervisory role and possess excellent leadership skills to drive sales and maintain store standards. Responsibilities Assist in the management of daily store and frontend operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Supervise and train checkers and courtesy clerks, including conducting employee orientation and ongoing coaching. Handle cash management tasks, including cash handling procedures and daily reconciliation. Manage shift schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours. Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed store sales goals while maintaining high customer service standards. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during store operations. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as health and safety regulations. Requirements Previous supervisory experience. Previous experience in retail management or a similar role is preferred. Strong skills in cash handling and financial transactions. Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with sales management principles to drive performance results. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate a team towards success. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with customers and staff. A commitment to providing outstanding customer service at all times.

Pay:

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
