Senior Key Holder - Role Overview As a Senior Key Holder at Topdrawer, you are a trusted extension of store leadership, playing a critical role in day-to-day operations and long-term brand success. In addition to opening and closing the store, you take ownership of key areas such as merchandising, operations, and team development. This is a hands-on, developmental role for someone on the path to Assistant Store Manager—eager to learn how to run a business from the ground up while inspiring others through service, storytelling, and operational excellence. Whether refining the shop layout for a new product launch or leading the team during peak hours, you help maintain the store's energy, organization, and elevated customer experience.
