What You'll Do Oversee daily store operations and make sure everything runs smoothly Lead, train, and support store staff Create staff schedules and manage attendance Provide excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally Monitor inventory, product availability, and store supplies Assist with ordering and receiving products Ensure the store is clean, organized, and properly stocked Handle cash, POS transactions, and daily sales reports Monitor sales and help achieve store goals Follow and enforce company policies, procedures, and food safety standards Coordinate with the owner/management team regarding store needs and issues Help maintain a positive, welcoming environment for both customers and employees What We're Looking For Previous experience in store management, retail, food service, or a similar leadership role Strong leadership and communication skills Reliable, organized, and able to multitask Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Customer-service oriented and approachable Able to train and motivate a team Basic computer and POS system knowledge Must be flexible with scheduling, including weekends and holidays when needed Preferred Experience managing a bakery, café, restaurant, or retail food business Knowledge of inventory management and ordering Experience with scheduling and staff supervision Why Join Nono's USA?
