Responsibilities Greet customers warmly, providing expert advice on K-Beauty products and skincare routines to enhance their shopping experience Manage daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising to ensure an attractive and organized environment Lead and supervise retail sales teams by providing training, coaching, and development to meet sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service Oversee POS (Point of Sale) systems for accurate cashiering, transactions, and cash handling procedures Conduct employee orientation sessions, interviews, and recruiting efforts to build a motivated and knowledgeable team Implement operational management tasks such as budgeting, purchasing, pricing strategies, and inventory management to optimize store performance Handle customer inquiries via phone etiquette and in-person interactions with professionalism and enthusiasm Experience Proven retail management experience within the beauty or skincare industry, with a focus on sales team supervision and operational oversight Demonstrated proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and inventory management Strong leadership skills with previous assistant manager or supervisory roles in retail settings Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued Experience in recruiting, training & development, team management, and employee orientation processes Knowledge of retail math including pricing strategies, budgeting, and sales management techniques Familiarity with merchandising standards, stock control procedures, and operational management practices within a retail environment Join us to inspire confidence through beauty!
