In Good Company is looking for a Store Manager to lead our café team and create a welcoming, consistent experience for every guest. You'll oversee daily operations, coach employees, and make sure the store runs smoothly from opening to closing. What you'll do Hire, train, schedule, and support café staff. Lead shifts and maintain high standards for drinks, service, cleanliness, and food safety. Manage inventory, ordering, labor, and daily cash procedures. Resolve guest concerns and help the team perform at its best. Track store performance and work with ownership to improve results. What we're looking for Experience managing a café, coffee shop, or similar high-volume hospitality business; strong leadership and communication skills; and a hands-on approach to solving problems. You should be comfortable working alongside the team during busy shifts.

Compensation:

Starting at $60,000 annually, plus health benefits and bonus opportunities.

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
