Responsibilities Lead and supervise the retail team, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating employee performance to foster a high-performing sales environment Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning of sales processes, inventory management, and customer service standards Manage inventory control and purchasing activities to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce shrinkage Implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation and maximize sales opportunities Handle cash management duties such as cashiering, cash handling, payroll processing, and balancing registers accurately Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed store targets while maintaining excellent customer service standards Coordinate shift schedules, delegate tasks efficiently, and ensure compliance with operational policies and safety regulations Skills Proven management experience within the retail industry, including supervising teams and managing store operations Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a positive team environment Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued for diverse customer engagement Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and basic bookkeeping practices Skilled in negotiation, purchasing, pricing strategies, and sales management techniques Ability to handle multiple responsibilities such as employee orientation, interviewing, training & development, and operational oversight Sound understanding of retail math including budgeting, pricing adjustments, and sales analysis Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail in stock control, merchandising, and time management Demonstrated experience in customer service excellence and phone etiquette in a fast-paced retail setting Capable of managing payroll processes while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements Join us as a Store Manager to lead with energy, inspire your team's growth, and deliver outstanding shopping experiences.
