Supported by a close-knit team of approximately 15 employees, you'll lead a dedicated retail team within a collaborative pharmacy environment that uses the MINFOS dispensing system. The Role:
As a Retail Manager, you will lead and oversee the daily operations of the retail side of the pharmacy. Your primary responsibilities will include managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and profitability while fostering a positive and productive work environment. This is a full-time leadership opportunity offering 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
