Control inventory levels through regular stock checks, ordering supplies as needed, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability. Handle cash transactions accurately, perform shift closing procedures, and prepare financial reports including profit and loss analysis. Qualifications Proven experience in grocery management with a strong background in the food industry. Demonstrated supervisory or managerial experience within the hospitality or food industry. Proficiency with POS systems; experience with cash handling is essential. Strong knowledge of food safety standards, inventory control practices, and food production processes. Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a positive work environment.
