Role:

As an Assistant Property Manager at StoragePRO you will: Rent storage units, explaining different options and pricing to fit customer needs. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and building positive relationships. Conduct regular facility inspections, ensuring cleanliness, security, and proper functioning of all equipment. Process payments, collect late fees, and maintain accurate financial records. Market and promote storage units and related products. Perform light maintenance tasks and report any major issues to designated personnel. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tenant information and rental agreements. Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all. Reports to District Manager Attendance is an essential job function Other duties as assigned

About You:

The ideal candidate will have: High school diploma or equivalent Outstanding customer service. Self-storage, property management, retail, or restaurant experience ideal Valid driver's license Basic computer skills; strong communication and organizational skills US work authorization

Schedule:

Full-Time, day shift. Must be available on weekends. The Assistant Property Manager will cover different stores during the work week within the same general geographic area.
