We are currently looking for a shift leader who is interested in growing along with us at one of our newest location in the Del Mar Highlands Town Center in San Diego. We also offer opportunities to be promoted to manager. Responsibilities Lead daily store operations during assigned shifts. Assign tasks and support team members throughout the shift. Ensure product quality, customer service, cleanliness, and food safety meet company standards. Train and guide employees and address operational issues as they arise. Handle customer concerns and unexpected situations professionally. Assist with daily ordering, inventory counts, and product waste control. Support company promotions, product launches, and store activities. Communicate store issues to management and assist with follow-up improvements. Qualifications Strong English communication skills required; Chinese language skills are preferred. One or more years of experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred. Previous experience as a Shift Lead, Team Lead, Supervisor, or in a similar leadership role is preferred. Responsible, reliable, and customer-focused. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn and follow company procedures and standards. Basic understanding of inventory, product waste, and labor efficiency.
