Day:

Learn the day-to-day operations of a growing customer acquisition office Assist with onboarding and mentoring new team members Help oversee a small field sales team while maintaining a positive and productive work environment Support customer interactions by providing information and answering questions about AT&T products and services Monitor team performance and help maintain daily goals Participate in leadership workshops and ongoing professional development Collaborate with management to improve office efficiency and customer experience Build confidence leading by example in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude with a willingness to learn Natural leadership potential Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team Reliable, organized, and goal-oriented Previous experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants, customer-facing roles, athletics, or leadership activities is a plus, but not required
