Job Summary We are seeking an energetic, responsible, and customer-focused Gas Station Manager to join our team! The Manager will oversee daily store operations, lead and support employees, provide excellent customer service, and help ensure the station operates safely, efficiently, and profitably. Previous management experience at a gas station/convenience store is required, such as ARCO, AmPm, or a similar fuel and retail operation. Duties & Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the gas station and convenience store. Supervise, train, and support employees to ensure efficient store operations. Open and close the store according to company procedures. Operate cash registers and ensure retail sales transactions are processed accurately. Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments and maintain accurate cash drawers. Perform cash counts and other cash-handling procedures as required. Monitor fuel sales, pumps, and store operations to ensure proper procedures are followed. Assist with fuel pricing, inventory checks, and monitoring fuel levels as needed. Receive deliveries, check merchandise, and ensure products are properly stocked and displayed. Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, safe, and inviting store. Monitor inventory and help prevent product shortages, waste, and loss. Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer questions or concerns professionally. Ensure employees follow company policies, procedures, and customer-service standards. Maintain compliance with health, safety, age-restriction, and other applicable store requirements. Monitor store cleanliness, including sales floor, restrooms, parking areas, and other customer areas. Help prevent theft and loss by maintaining proper security and cash-handling procedures. Complete daily paperwork, reports, and other operational duties as assigned. Lead by example and maintain a professional, positive, and team-oriented work environment. Qualifications Must have previous manager or supervisory experience at a gas station/convenience store, such as ARCO, ampm, or a similar business. Previous experience managing employees in a retail or convenience-store environment is required. Gas station/fuel retail management experience is required. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to supervise, train, and motivate employees. Strong cash-handling and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities. Bilingual abilities are preferred. Must be responsible, dependable, and professional.
