Full-Time, In-Office Company Vault Metal is a boutique precious metals firm specializing in physical gold and silver. Our team provides clients with education, personalized guidance, and transparent pricing as they consider precious metals for diversification, retirement planning, and long-term wealth preservation. We are looking for an experienced sales professional who can confidently guide qualified prospects through a high-value financial decision. Previous precious metals experience is not required. We are specifically interested in candidates with backgrounds in high-ticket sales, financial services, investment products, retirement planning, insurance, real estate, or other consultative sales environments. Position The Precious Metals Sales Closer will speak with qualified prospects who have expressed interest in purchasing physical gold and silver through personal funds or retirement accounts. This is a consultative sales position requiring strong financial communication, confidence discussing large transactions, and the ability to build trust with clients approaching or currently in retirement. The right candidate will know how to uncover a prospect's goals, explain a financial process clearly, address objections, and confidently move the conversation toward a decision. Responsibilities Speak with qualified prospects interested in physical gold and silver Conduct detailed sales consultations by phone Learn each prospect's financial goals, concerns, timeline, and available assets Explain physical precious metals, retirement-account options, and the transaction process clearly Build trust with clients making significant financial decisions Address questions and objections with confidence and professionalism Follow up consistently with active prospects throughout the sales process Maintain accurate notes, follow-up tasks, and pipeline updates within the CRM Work closely with openers and the operations team to move qualified opportunities forward Meet established sales, activity, and revenue expectations Follow company procedures and applicable compliance requirements Qualifications Demonstrated success in high-ticket, consultative, or financial sales Comfortable discussing transactions of a minimum of $50,000 Strong closing, objection-handling, and follow-up skills Ability to explain financial information in a clear and understandable way Confident communicating with retirees and individuals approaching retirement Professional, persuasive, and composed phone presence Highly organized and able to manage multiple prospects at different stages Comfortable working within a structured sales process and CRM Coachable, accountable, and motivated by measurable performance Able to work full-time from our El Segundo office Preferred Backgrounds We encourage applications from professionals with experience in: High-ticket sales Financial advising or financial services Securities or investment products Series 7 or other financial licensing Retirement planning Insurance or annuity sales Mortgage or lending services Luxury real estate Business-to-consumer financial sales An active Series 7 license is not required.
