Role:
The PIC in a retail environment holds a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing daily store operations to ensure efficiency, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company policies. This role requires managing and supervising front end staff to maintain high performance and a positive work environment. The individual will be accountable for accurate handling of financial transactions, including cashiering duties and maintaining proper documentation of sales and inventory records. They will also be instrumental in resolving customer issues promptly and effectively, fostering a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business. Ultimately, the PIC ensures the Store is operating efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail staff to ensure smooth store operations. Managing Point of Sales Manage cashiering processes, including handling cash, credit transactions, and balancing registers at the end of shifts. Maintain accurate and organized books and papers related to sales, inventory, and daily financial reports. Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and improve overall store performance. Address and resolve customer and employee inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and retail industry standards. Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and loss prevention measures. Must have retail management experience
