Responsibilities Assist in leading and supervising store staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating performance to foster a motivated and high-performing team. Assisting to oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning of sales floor activities, inventory management, and customer service standards. Assisting to manage inventory control processes, including stock replenishment, merchandising, pricing strategies, and loss prevention initiatives. Assisting to with aspects of sales management by setting targets, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies to meet or exceed goals. Assist with ensuring accurate cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) transactions, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks are completed efficiently. Assisting with the development and executution of marketing plans to attract customers and increase store traffic while maintaining brand consistency. Assisting to maintain excellent communication with staff and customers by providing clear direction and addressing concerns promptly. Experience Proven management experience in retail environments with a strong background in supervising teams. Demonstrated skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing candidates, recruiting new staff, and conducting training & development sessions. Extensive knowledge of retail including budgeting, pricing strategies, sales analysis, and inventory management. Experience with merchandising, stock replenishment, marketing initiatives, and shift management is preferred. Strong organizational skills combined with excellent communication skills to lead teams efficiently while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. Plus Experience in a wholesale, liquidation, discount retail, or warehouse-style store is strongly preferred.
