Job Description

Role Summary
  • Salary:
    $75,000
  • $85,000 per year (Commensurate with experience)
  • Location:
    Del Amo Fashion Center, Torrance, CA (On-site)
  • Requirements:
    Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English, 3-5+ years of Retail Management experience.

We understand the value of our brand and are looking for talented individuals who will lead changes and drive growth with us. Key Responsibilities 1. People & Attendance Management
  • On-site Floor Management:
    Maintain a physical presence on the store floor to oversee compliance with service standards and provide real-time coaching to team members.
  • Strategic Scheduling:
    Analyze store traffic and sales targets to create efficient weekly/monthly schedules and optimize payroll costs.
  • Strict Attendance Management:
    Continuously monitor team attendance and performance; ensure strict adherence to company policies and provide fair performance feedback.
  • Talent Development:
    Lead the recruitment and onboarding of new hires; provide real-time coaching to help team members grow into accessories experts. 2. Store Operations & Payment Management
  • POS & Payment Oversight:
    Manage overall POS system operations, ensuring accurate transactions, secure cash handling, and daily reconciliation.
  • Security & Policy Compliance:
    Follow payment security protocols and ensure store policies (refunds, exchanges, etc.) are applied fairly.
  • Maximizing Operational Efficiency:
    Maintain smooth payment flows and lead floor operations to minimize customer wait times during peak periods. 3. Business Performance & Sales
  • Sales Goal Achievement:
    Analyze KPIs (Conversion, UPT, Sales Per Hour) to develop and execute strategies for maximizing revenue.
  • Inventory & Shrinkage Management:
    Oversee the entire process from stock intake to display; follow security protocols to minimize inventory loss (shrinkage). 4. Brand Experience & Customer Excellence
  • Maintaining Service Standards:
    Train and supervise the team to deliver premium customer service and maintain a clean, attractive store environment.
  • Advanced Customer Support:
    Personally resolve customer inquiries or complaints with professionalism to enhance brand trust and loyalty.
Community Connection:
Utilize bilingual skills to build relationships with a diverse customer base and manage loyal repeat clients. Qualifications 1.
Language:
Bilingual proficiency in both Korean and English (Required). 2.
Experience:
Minimum 3-5+ years of retail store management experience (Experience in fashion/accessories industry preferred). 3.
Operational Skills:
Experience in payroll budget management and scheduling software. 4.
Communication:
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and foster a positive team culture. 5.
Flexibility:
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts. 6.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift/move inventory boxes weighing up to 50 lbs. Legal Disclosures
