Opportunity Overview:

As a Stock Coordinator, you'll play an essential role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by ensuring our products are organized, replenished, and ready for every collector. While much of your impact happens behind the scenes, your work is critical to maintaining the premium shopping experience that defines the

brand. You'll be responsible for receiving and processing shipments, maintaining an organized stockroom, replenishing merchandise to the sales floor, and supporting inventory accuracy. Working closely with store leadership, you'll help ensure operational excellence, efficient product flow, and successful new product launches while creating a safe, clean, and organized back-of-house environment. This position reports directly to the Store Manager. What You Will Achieve Oversee the receiving, unpacking, and organization of daily shipments Ensure all new merchandise is processed, tagged, and placed on the sales floor quickly and accurately Maintain a clean, safe, and organized stockroom environment Lead inventory replenishment to ensure shelves are full and standards are met Partner with store leadership on product placement, overstock strategy, and floor replenishment needs Support visual merchandising execution by prepping displays and fixtures as needed Assist in inventory counts, audits, and loss prevention efforts Serve as a role model for back-of-house operations and stock associates Sales & Business Performance Help achieve and exceed store sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales, conversion, units per transaction (UPT), average transaction value (ATV), and customer engagement. Promote key product categories, limited-edition releases, and exclusive collections through knowledgeable product recommendations. Identify opportunities to improve store performance and communicate operational needs or business opportunities to store leadership. Store Operations Execute opening and closing procedures while ensuring operational excellence and compliance with company policies. Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and visually compelling store environment. Accurately process customer transactions, returns, exchanges, and other POS activities. Support shipment processing, replenishment, stockroom organization, inventory accuracy, and cycle counts. Help protect company assets by following cash handling, safety, and loss prevention procedures. (Responsibilities may vary based on store volume and business needs.) Brand & Community Serve as a knowledgeable brand ambassador by staying current on
POP MART
products, artists, characters, and company initiatives. Support in-store events, collector experiences, pop-up activations, conventions, new store openings, and other brand initiatives. Support Robo Shop operations and partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience where applicable. Maintain flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and other peak business periods.
What you will need:
1+ years of retail experience; previous leadership, keyholder, or supervisory experience preferred. Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading by example. Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming, fashion, or pop culture is highly valued. Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate others while fostering a collaborative, inclusive team environment. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Comfortable making decisions and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced retail environment. Demonstrated ability to interpret business metrics and use data to improve store performance. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs. Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) proficiency. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Must be at least 18 years of age.

This range is provided in accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws and may vary based on geographic location.
