An Assistant Retail Store Manager provides support to the Manager of a retail store, either an independent business or a store that is part of a large retail chain. May have primary responsibility for hiring and training retail sales staff. Reviews and monitors merchandise sales, inventory and prices, and directs advertising and promotions. Supervises sales, warehouse, cleaning, maintenance and security staff and prepares work schedules. Responsible for resolving customer complaints.

Audits, verify DMV inventory, review weekly DMV bundles. Handle escalated transactions and customer concerns Review files, payments, deposits, and pending work Provide floor-lead coverage when management is unavailable Requirements Minimum of three years of recent Insurance Sales experience Some basic knowledge of California title transfers and registration renewals Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a focus on customer relationship building. Previous experience as a lead, supervisor, assistant manager, office manager, or senior processor Excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual in Spanish proficiency is highly desirable. Knowledge of various insurance types commercial insurance and personal lines Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle client communication professionally and effectively.
