RETAIL MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION COMPANY OVERVIEW

Club Pilates offers group reformer classes in various formats and levels to accommodate everyone seeking to learn Pilates and hone their fitness expertise. Club Pilates is a well-established, nation-wide brand, committed to providing affordable and accessible Pilates to the community.

POSITION

The Retail Manager will assist District Managers with ordering, tracking, and distributing merchandise. You will also analyze and review sales history to inform budgeting and purchasing decisions. This role will be approximately 20 to 25 hours a week.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience in Retail sales Highly organized and detail oriented Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Must have proficient computer skills Ability to work across various locations within the Sacramento/Vacaville/Placer region Reliable transportation required Must be able to consistently lift and move up to 30 pound boxes

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with ordering from approved Xponential vendors Track and organize incoming orders for distribution across studios Ensure all required information is uploaded into studio software Review quarterly retail sales at all studios to inform buying decisions and budget Work with District Manager on retail budgets and studio goals Host quarterly retails trainings with General + Studio Managers Assist General Managers with quarterly studio inventory Coordinate and monitor retail driven social media posts with General Managers Organize and execute combined inventory retail swaps to move merchandise between studios on a weekly basis Work with brand reps to plan and execute sales and brand promotions in the studios Assist in planning retail sales and special promotions at the studios Other duties as assigned
