With a strong reputation for quality workmanship, safety, and reliability, we continue to grow and are seeking an experienced Shop Manager to support our operations. Job Summary The Shop Manager is responsible for managing daily shop operations, and shop deliveries to and from the jobsites. Maintaining company vehicles and equipment to ensure crews have the tools and materials needed to keep projects on schedule. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with a commitment to safety.

Friday:

7:30 AM to 4:00

PM Lunch:

12:00 PM to 12:30 PM Key Responsibilities Oversee daily shop and yard operations Manage maintenance and repair of company vehicles, heavy equipment, and tools Coordinate preventative maintenance schedules Track and manage inventory of tools, parts, and materials Coordinate equipment deliveries and pickups to/from job sites Monitor shop expenses and assist with budget tracking Qualifications Ability to follow directions and details clearly Prior shop management a plus but not required Strong knowledge of equipment Leadership experience in a shop or yard environment Excellent organizational and communication skills Experience with inventory and maintenance tracking Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in shop/outdoor environments Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required) Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience 6 Paid holidays Health benefits Paid time off 401(k)

$27.00 - $33.00 per hour
