Job Description
We're hiring a results-driven Management Trainee to support leadership of a busy women's fashion boutique.
You are:
Sales-focused and passionate about customer connection and styling A strong team player who leads by example on the sales floor Coachable, accountable, and motivated to grow into a Store Manager role You will: Support the Store Manager in meeting or exceeding sales goals Actively sell on the floor and model relationship selling and add-on behavior Help train, coach, and motivate the team to drive results Assist with scheduling, productivity, and peak-hour coverage Help enforce company policies and maintain strong operations Maintain a clean, organized, and visually compelling store
Pay:
$24
•28/hr + bonuses. High performers have strong growth opportunities into Store Manager ($75,000+/year potential)
