The Gig:
Close deals like a pro, keep clients happy, and showcase tax solutions with a flair that even tax auditors would envy. You'll work warm leads that are ready to move forward.
Schedule Options :
Wednesday
- Sunday OR Friday
- Tuesday Shift hours: 7:00 AM
- 4:00 PM daily (This gives you either Monday-Tuesday OR Wednesday-Thursday off) Strong phone sales experience is required.
Background in tax, mortgage, real estate, debt settlement, or any high-ticket phone closing is a big plus. If you can juggle calls, objections, and CRM notes like a pro, we want you.

Proven closer with a track record of turning conversations into signed deals. Comfortable in a fast-paced call center environment and experienced with CRM systems. Base Pay:

Expected Total Annual Compensation:
$160,000
- $200,000+ (including commissions)

Retention Bonus Terms:
This bonus is available exclusively to new external hires only. Current and former TRA employees are not eligible. Candidates must receive an offer between May 1-29, 2026 and begin employment by May 29, 2026. Bonus is payable after successful completion of 90 days of full-time employment.
