We are looking for someone who can:
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and business flow
  • Check the quality, freshness, and presentation of food
  • Make sure food and the restaurant are kept clean and presentable
  • Make sure staff are completing their duties properly
  • Monitor staff attitude, teamwork, and customer service
  • Make sure customers are welcomed and well taken care of
  • Help solve problems and keep the restaurant running smoothly
  • Lead by example and be willing to work hands-on with the team
Schedule:
Manager shifts will be mostly dinner/evening shifts, with some flexibility depending on business needs. We are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, friendly, and comfortable working in a small restaurant environment where the manager is actively involved—not just supervising from the sidelines. Experience in restaurant management or Japanese/sushi restaurants is a plus.
