Temporary / Pop-Up About the Role We're hiring a Pop-Up Hiring Manager to lead day-to-day operations and support the success of a temporary retail pop-up in Marin, CA. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoys building a strong customer experience and team culture. Responsibilities Oversee daily pop-up operations and ensure the store runs smoothly Lead, motivate, and support the retail team Provide an elevated customer experience and drive sales Support team scheduling, coverage, and daily priorities Assist with opening and closing procedures Maintain strong visual and operational standards Monitor inventory and ensure the sales floor stays organized Address customer and team needs professionally and efficiently Partner with leadership to execute pop-up goals and initiatives Qualifications Previous retail management or supervisory experience Strong leadership and communication skills Sales-driven with a customer-first mindset Comfortable working in a fast-paced, temporary retail environment Highly organized, reliable, and hands-on Professional and polished presence If you're an experienced retail leader looking for a short-term opportunity with a strong hourly rate, we'd love to connect!
