Assistant Store Manager•Luxury Retail Livermore, CA We're partnering with a globally recognized luxury fashion house to identify an experienced Assistant Store Manager for one of its premier boutique locations. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven luxury retail leader who thrives in a client-focused environment and enjoys developing both people and business performance. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of luxury clienteling, elevated styling, boutique operations, and team leadership, while maintaining a hands-on presence on the sales floor. Key Responsibilities Partner closely with Store Leadership to drive daily business operations, sales performance, and team development Lead by example in delivering elevated, personalized client experiences that foster long-term loyalty and repeat business Support and coach the sales team on clienteling, styling, CRM usage, KPI achievement, and service standards Build and maintain a strong personal client book through proactive outreach, appointment selling, and relationship management Assist in monitoring and achieving store sales goals, individual KPIs, and outreach initiatives Support visual merchandising execution, seasonal launches, in-store events, and boutique presentation standards Oversee operational excellence including inventory management, replenishment, stock organization, POS functions, and reporting Act as a brand ambassador by communicating product knowledge, craftsmanship, and current luxury market trends Help cultivate a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven team culture Ideal Background 3+ years of luxury retail leadership experience within a boutique or high-touch environment Strong clienteling background with experience building and retaining
