$100,000-$180,000+ A private search is underway for an experienced collision repair leader to oversee a busy operation in the Lompoc area . This opportunity is for someone who has already led a collision center and understands what it takes to run the entire business—not just production. You will have responsibility for financial performance, staffing, workflow, repair quality, customer satisfaction, productivity, and overall facility results.
