Teaspoon Milpitas Store Manager We're looking for a passionate, community-minded Store Manager to lead our Milpitas location. The ideal candidate knows the Milpitas area well, is connected to the community, and can help grow the store through local outreach. Full training on Teaspoon operations will be provided. Role Summary The Store Manager oversees daily operations, leads and develops the barista team, ensures exceptional customer service, maintains product quality, manages store financials, and upholds safety and compliance standards. This role requires strong leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and motivate the store team Ensure outstanding customer service and adherence to Teaspoon standards Manage staffing, scheduling, and barista development Oversee inventory, cash handling, and overall store performance Engage with the Milpitas community to grow sales Analyze financial reports and operational data to drive improvements Maintain compliance with wage, hour, and safety regulations Skills & Qualifications Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage store operations independently Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to train, mentor, and develop team members High school diploma required; college coursework is a plus Available to work morning shifts, including opening shifts starting as early as 9:00
