Full-Time We're looking for a motivated Assistant Sales Manager to help grow our Total Wireless location in National City. You'll work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, coach the team, improve the customer experience, and help build the Total Wireless brand in the community. Responsibilities Lead by example on the sales floor Coach and motivate sales representatives Help drive activations, upgrades, accessories, protection, Auto Pay, and other services Track sales performance and help the team reach goals Assist with training and developing employees Participate in local marketing, canvassing, and community outreach Help create a competitive, positive, and sales-focused environment Step into a leadership role when the Store Manager is unavailable What We're Looking For Strong sales and customer service skills Competitive and goal-oriented Comfortable coaching and motivating others Dependable, professional, and energetic Willing to help generate business inside and outside the store Interested in growing into a larger leadership role Wireless, retail, or sales experience is preferred. Leadership experience is a plus, but we're also open to strong salespeople ready for their next opportunity. Pay:

$17.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 5.0 - 35.0 per week
