Location:

1 Stoneridge Mall Rd, Unit D107, Pleasanton, CA 94588 (near the Apple Store) Store Manager Oversee daily store operations, staffing, scheduling, and customer service. Hire, train, and coach team members. Maintain drink quality, inventory, cleanliness, and food safety standards. Resolve customer concerns and help the team meet store goals. Shift Lead Lead the team during assigned shifts and keep service running smoothly. Assign tasks, support new employees, and assist with customer concerns. Check drink quality, supplies, cleaning, and opening or closing procedures. Communicate shift updates and issues to the Store Manager. Bboa Tea Barista Prepare drinks according to recipes and quality standards. Take orders, process payments, and provide friendly customer service. Prepare ingredients, restock supplies, and keep work areas clean. Follow food safety procedures and work closely with the team during busy periods. We are looking for dependable, friendly team members who can work in a fast-paced environment.
