- We are currently running a skeleton crew to keep the pay higher for the people at the shop. This means you will get paid more… it also means you will need to be at the shop five to six days a week. We are looking for a Manager that can take charge & organize the work flow. You need to be skilled at sales but also at getting new business. If getting new business isn't something you can/want to do this isn't the job for you. You need to be great at sales, able to think on your feet to close the sale. You need to be driven and serious about winning. This job is NOT for the shy, slow, lazy or disorganized. Must have at least two years of automotive repair sales experience to be considered. ASE certs and/or a mechanical background is a plus. Our point of sale system is Tekmetric. If you have used it before that's a plus.
