- 后场运营管理 负责门店后场仓库的日常管理，包括收货、整理、存储与补货 确保库存准确，支持盘点与库存核查 维护仓库整洁有序，提升作业效率 发现并解决库存差异及执行问题
- 支持门店运营 配合前台团队，确保门店补货与日常运营顺畅 协助价格标签更新，确保系统价格一致 支持促销及节日活动的后场准备与执行
- 团队带领 带领并监督理货团队，确保执行效率与作业质量 支持新员工培训与工作指导
- 任职要求 2 年以上零售、仓储或后场相关经验 有带班或管理经验者优先 做事细心，责任心强 能适应快节奏零售环境 具备良好的组织与问题解决能力 具备中英文沟通能力 可接受周末及节假日排班
