- 职位概述 门店副经理是门店管理团队的重要成员，在门店经理的统筹下，负责门店现场运营管理与执行落实工作。该岗位以日常运营执行、团队带领及现场协调为核心，是门店管理体系中的关键支持角色，并具备明确的发展路径。 岗位职责
- 日常运营执行 协助门店经理推动门店运营计划落地 负责当班现场管理，包括排班支持、前台协调与运营执行 确保门店流程、服务标准及操作规范稳定执行
- 团队带领 带领一线员工完成当班目标 支持员工培训、在岗指导及绩效跟进 促进团队协作与现场执行效率
- 现场管理与协调 在既定管理框架内处理日常运营事务 主动发现运营问题并提出改进建议 在门店经理不在岗时，按既定标准维持门店正常运作
- 顾客体验支持 支持门店维持专业、稳定的服务质量 协助处理顾客反馈与现场问题
