In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily service activities, manage a dedicated team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, foster a positive team environment, and promote continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and passionate about delivering outstanding service while maintaining efficient store management practices. Duties Lead and supervise the service center team, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating staff performance to ensure high standards of customer service and operational efficiency Oversee daily store operations such as inventory management, POS (Point of Sale) transactions, cash handling, and bookkeeping to maintain accuracy and compliance Manage scheduling shifts to optimize coverage during peak hours and ensure smooth workflow across all departments Develop and implement strategies for merchandising, pricing, marketing initiatives, and sales promotions to boost revenue and customer engagement Conduct employee orientation sessions, interviews for new hires, and ongoing training programs to foster a knowledgeable and motivated team Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive shopping experience that encourages repeat business Monitor store metrics including retail math (sales calculations), inventory control, budgeting, and sales management to meet or exceed targets Requirements Proven management experience in retail or service center environments with supervising responsibilities Strong skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, payroll processing, bookkeeping, inventory management, and POS systems Excellent communication skills in both bilingual or multilingual settings; fluency in additional languages is a plus Demonstrated ability in retail sales management, shift management, merchandising, stock control, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives Experience with wireless sales or grocery store operations is desirable but not mandatory Proficiency in retail math calculations such as sales tracking and inventory valuation along with strong organizational skills Leadership qualities with a focus on team development; experience in assistant manager roles or supervisory positions preferred Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and maintain high standards of phone etiquette and customer service Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Service Center Manager where your leadership will inspire teams to deliver exceptional service while driving operational success.
