Job Description
Overview We're a small independent optical shop. We make and fill prescription eyewear in-house. We're looking for someone to run the floor: drive sales and build trusting relationships with patients. Optical experience is not required, but it is a plus if you have previous knowledge or hands-on experience. Responsibilities Run daily store operations Guide patients through frame and lens selection with geniune attention to what they need Take and verify measurements Read and fill prescriptions accurately Manage inventory and ordering Handle POS transactions Adjust, repair, and troubleshoot eyewear Skills Organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently Proficiency in POS systems, and basic math for daily operations Attention to detail Strong, professional communication To apply Send your resume to rowland@elevenoptical.com
