Store Manager— L&L Hawaiian BBQ

Duties Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and ensuring a clean, organized environment. Lead, train, and develop staff members to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets. Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular audits, and coordinating purchasing to ensure product availability. Implement effective merchandising strategies to promote products and maximize sales opportunities. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive shopping experience for all visitors. Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for sales transactions, inventory management, and reporting purposes. Coordinate scheduling, payroll processing, and employee orientation to foster a motivated and well-informed team. Qualifications Proven management experience in retail or food service environments with supervisory responsibilities. Strong skills in negotiation, recruiting, interviewing, and employee training & development. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer bases effectively. Familiarity with retail math, pricing strategies, budgeting, and sales management techniques. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience with inventory management systems, bookkeeping, cash handling, and POS technology. Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in stock control and merchandising.
